Approach Ulverston on A590 on A590- go straight ahead at 1st roundabout (which has Booths Supermarket on left) and go straight ahead at pedestrian lights. At next large roundabout take 4th exit down Brewery Street (Car park on left and Hartleys Brewery on right), follow one way street bearing left into Fountain Street to the mini roundabout, follow road round to left and take immediate 1st Right into Mill Street. (Kings Arms Hotel on right and Lotus Restaurant on left) take 1st turning on left and bear right in front of Factory Shop and arrive on Gill Car Park. Trinity Hall – a converted Church Hall- is on the right, next to a pair of newly built three storey semi-detached Town houses.
If coming via the coastal route keep on the main road until the top of Grizebeck hill.
Go through Beanthwaite and at Gawthwaite (about another mile) take the B road (B5281) straight on, Main road swings round to the left, and continue until Ulverston. You arrive at the Fountain Street mini roundabout described previously, and follow the descriptions from there.
