Sheila Levi-Watkins

Sheila Levi-Watkins, B.ED. (Hons) C.D.L.C.D.P.C, D.H.P Member of C T.I.S. C.I.T.U.K.C.P. After gaining an Honours Degree in Educationand after teaching in Secondary Schools, Sheila Levi-Watkins opened the Ulverston Natural Health Centre in 1990. She is a qualified therapist with many years of experience and training including Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy,Life Coaching, Performance Coaching, Parent-Link and Healing Through Art. Sheila Levi-Watkins is an accredited Scenar therapist with the Scenar Training Centre, trained to Scenar expert level with Dr Zulia Valeyeva-Frost, MD.

Cheryl Lee-Appleby

Cheryl has been practising massage professionally since 1989, when she gained her Diploma in Aromatherapy Massage from Shirley Price Aromatherapy Ltd.

Her qualifications include a B.A., the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma, the Shirley Price Diploma in Aromatherapy Massage, the Northern Institute Diploma in Remedial Massage, Reiki I and II and certificates in Swiss Reflex Technique and Hot Stones Massage. She is a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists.

Cheryl prefers to work holistically, combining the techniques she has learned with essential oils for a therapeutic and relaxing massage, suited to the client.

Mandy Elliott

Mandy has ben working as a massage therapist at UNHC for at least 18 years. Her clients always enjoy hwe healing touch.

Roy Watkins

Originally Roy trained as a physicist and worked as a lecturer in electrical engineering before training at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Leamington Spa, Roy has been working as an acupuncturist since 1986 and is accredited Scenar therapists with the Scenar Training Centre, trained to Scenar expert level with Dr Zulia Valeyeva-Frost, MD.
